Give me a break ....

Can you believe it - give me a break!

I think ‘sods law’ is what it’s called! 

Other half rarely works from home and the day he does - the internet decides to pack up! 

Oh and not just for a few minutes, or even an hour – nothing as simple as that – ‘hoping to resolve it in 24hours’ the voice says on BT helpline!!!

24 hours!!!  I shout – don’t you know t’other half is working from home today?  For goodness sake – make my life difficult why don’t you!

Dear oh dear – I would have got frustrated enough on my own, with no internet here in the office, without having the added stress of someone’s huffing  and puffing in the next room!!!

And I don’t even have an escape vehicle as my car is in the garage! 

Right -  who was that smart person who said go for a walk then!? 

Actually that’s not a bad idea!  Walk it is!  

Oops dark outside - whew that was close I almost went! :)  Not afraid of the dark you understand - suffice it to say not my favourite time to walk!

Ah well, it is nearly 6pm and the sun must be over the yard arm somewhere - so a small glass of wine may well be a good option! 

 

I chose this  picture to cheer us all up - sweet memories of being able to go out in the garden again!  The evenings are already getting longer (well, not actually longer,  just getting light for longer)!   

It won't be long before Spring has sprung!  

I love the first glimpse of Spring - but I won't keep you any longer - maybe that for another blog!
