This Nana is for hugging and ....

This Nana is for hugging and for spoiling her grandchildren and everyone knows it - especially the grandkids!

So.....grandson looks up at Nana with huge brown eyes and says 

'nana ....... raisins' (no, it's not a nickname for me - he is nearly two and sentences are short and sweet at the mo!) but this Nana gets the message!

Sadly, Daddy is sitting t'other side of the room and shakes his head (unfortunately breakfast wasn't eaten this morning!)

However, grandson ignores Daddy and thinks 'I'll try that one again'

Got to be worth a try as I just happen to know that Nana is a soft touch and anyway she's Daddy's Mummy so he should do as he is told.....shouldn't he?

'Nana - raisins?'

Yes I think I am getting somewhere now - she's a sucker for big brown eyes!

Tee Hee!  Oh yes!  Looks like the 'cat got the cream'!

Well, actually, not quite .... grandson got grapes which was a bit of a compromise but he was happy and that's good enough for Nana because she got loads of hugging too!
